Cancellation & refunds
Plain terms for paid sessions, so you know where you stand before you pay.
What this covers
These terms apply to paid seats for Vihara Foundation sessions booked through this website, including the FPC Compliance Series. The fee for a session is shown on the registration page before payment.
Cancelling your registration
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts for a full refund. Write to us from the email address you registered with and include the payment reference from your confirmation email.
Within 48 hours of the session
We are unable to refund a cancellation made within 48 hours of the start time, because the seat can no longer be offered to someone else. You may instead send a colleague in your place — tell us their name and email and we will move the joining link across at no charge.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund automatically — you do not need to ask. If we move it to another date, you may either keep your seat on the new date or take a full refund.
If you cannot attend
These are live sessions, and a large part of their value is the discussion. If something comes up and you miss one, please still write to us — we would rather find a way to make it useful to you than have you simply lose the fee.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Banks typically credit this within 5–7 working days of us approving it. We do not hold or process card details ourselves.
