How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to point you to the right resource, guidance or compliance support. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share your information only where necessary to respond to you — for example, with the email service that delivers your enquiry to us. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to maintain a basic record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've shared by emailing us. If you've joined our awareness channel, you can opt out whenever you like.
