When applicable: Record interests and contracts covered by the provisions, subject to statutory exceptions.
Completion instructions: Maintain the prescribed MBP-4 parts for interests and contracts. Retain MBP-1 separately. Place the register before the next Board meeting and obtain the required directors’ signatures. Preserve permanently.
